Monty and Fortunato, two old-time writers, find themselves trapped in an abandoned saloon where they are prodded into out-dueling each other with their storytelling abilities by a sexy woman, who may in fact be a ghost. The over-the-hill writers must channel the very spirit of Gothic master Edgar Allan Poe in order to beat each other out for the "best story" prize that the beautiful and exotic girl will bestow - and the winner might just be saving his very life!
